I have pointed out several major causes of lack of fitness and increase in obesity but right now getting rid of obesity is a more important topic we should all focus upon. We are doing something wrong and we know it but the point is how to make it right. You can gain an ideal weight, a healthy soul, a flexible body and an increased physical stamina just by taking healthy diet and performing exercise.
Majority of you may have been doing both these things from years now but still they are obese to some extent and are also stuck in serious diseases. It is mainly because they are not doing these two things in a right manner. Exercise is useless if you are not doing it properly. In the same way, a healthy diet only gives health benefits if it is being taken on regular basis.
